Vindaloo Curry Powder

Vindaloo is an Indian curry dish popular in the region of Goa. Ours is a moderately spicy curry, but you can request a more tongue-searing version when you order. Flavors of black mustard seed, chile powders, cinnamon and fenugreek all work together to create Indian "comfort" food, and can be used on beef, pork, potatoes or other vegetables.

Ingredients: pepper, black mustard seeds, chili powder, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, cumin, fenugreek, garlic, onion, paprika, sugar, vinegar, turmeric.
