Tsire Suya African Seasoning


This West African mixture of ground peanuts and spices is commonly used on grilled meats. Common on Nigerian dishes, it is known as tsire in the north and suya in the south. Traditionally used in northern Cameroon, Nigeria, Niger, and some parts of Sudan (agashe).

Ingredients: ground peanuts, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, nutmeg, chili powder, salt, brown sugar.
