Pira Caldo Seasoning
From Paraguay, pira caldo is a comfort food. In the Guarani language, pira means "fish" and caldo means "soup" in Spanish. Usually prepared with regional fish (such as catfish), this stew seasoning will spice up this simple but hearty dish.
Ingredients: bell peppers, shallots, tomato powder, celery salt, onion, carrots, red pepper flakes, bay, coconut.
