Tangia, not be confused with tagine, is usually made with lamb and is cooked in an earthenware urn over coals (you can use slow cooker). The meat is slow-cooked overnight and is ready for lunch the next day.

Ingredients: garlic, salt, saffron, turmeric, white pepper, lemon zest.
