Marrakechi Tangia / Moroccan Tanjia Spice Blend
Tangia, not be confused with tagine, is usually made with lamb and is cooked in an earthenware urn over coals (you can use slow cooker). The meat is slow-cooked overnight and is ready for lunch the next day.
