Japanese Ichimi Togarashi Seasoning
Similar to its counterpart, Shichimi Togarashi, this blend is best used sparingly on freshly cooked rice, noodles, or pork cutlets, or use it as a rub for roasted poultry. While shichimi togarashi is made with chiles, citrus, and nori, this blend is made with all chiles (hence its name's meaning: "one taste"). A little goes a long way as this is an extra spicy blend!
Ingredients: chile flakes, chili powder, cayenne.
