Chana literally means "mix-spiced small-chickpeas" and is often called channa masala, chole masala, or chholay, depending on the region. Our spice blend provides a delicious base for chickpeas cooked in a traditional spicy and tangy tomato-based sauce. Our blend is made with fenugreek and amchur in addition to other delicious spices.
Ingredients: coriander, cumin, black pepper, bay leaves, fenugreek, amchur, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, mace, cayenne, turmeric.
