Make delicious home made beef au jus with this expertly blended mix. Many au jus mixes on the market use chemicals to achieve "beef" flavor. Our mix is made without any additives, and is blended fresh when you order.
Add 1 quart of beef stock, beef consommé or beef stock reduction to 1 ounce of mix. Add more or less to your liking. Adds deep, bold flavor to beef dishes, potatoes and casseroles.
Ingredients: pepper, celery salt, garlic, ginger, mustard powder, onion, soy sauce, tomato, Worcestershire powder, cornstarch.
