Chermoula Moroccan Seasoning
Traditionally used to flavor fish, this versatile marinade can be used also on beef, chicken, and even vegetables. Use as a dry rub or add olive oil or lemon juice to create a sauce. Sometimes referred to as charmoula.
Ingredients: lemon, paprika, cumin, cilantro, salt, ginger, coriander, parsley, thyme, chili powder, red pepper flakes, saffron, onion, vinegar, garlic.
