Home Cook's Pantry1 lb ground hamburger meat 1 egg, beaten 1 cup plain breadcrumbs 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp milk 1 tbsp Home Cook’s Pantry Italian Meatball Seasoning 2 tbsp olive oil 24 oz marinara sauce In a mixing bowl, blend together by hand hamburger meat, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, milk and Italian Meatball Seasoning. Form 1-inch meatballs. In a skillet on stove, heat olive oil over medium high heat. Brown meatballs, turning frequently, then cover with marinara sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through. Yields 18-20 meatballs.

For traditional gravy, add in 1 pound of hamburger or Italian sausage at this point, then drain when it's browned. You can also add in diced bell peppers and mushrooms as well.
